The driver picked us up locally and looked after us throughout the day ensuring we knew where to go and dropped us off outside my family's home. The day was great and although our boat broke down, the Captain continued to give us information about the wildlife, plants and habitat. another boat was quickly dispatched and we continued on our journey. Alligator show was great just like on TV.

We were picked up by Thomas who drove us to the park. Thomas gave us detailed information of the area, wildlife and was very personable and professional. Thomas guided us through the park directed us for airboat ride, pictures with the alligator and to the show. Daniel our airbag captain was very informative. When a gator was spotted he would turn the boat so everyone had great views. We saw 6 alligator! The alligator show was fun and informative too. Katie was amazing. The van, boat and facilities were excellent. Very clean and comfortable. I would highly recommend this excursion!

We booked through our hotel and were picked up right on time by Andre. He entertained us on the 45min drive with a video on what to expect as well as tidbits on the local area. The experience came with complimentary group pictures of us in front of the boats as well as one holding a baby alligator. Captain Don was wonderful with us - we were able to get up close to several alligators as well as birds and fish. He was a great guide on the history and nature of the Everglades. We all loved the experience and definitely recommend if looking for a fun tourist activity!
