We did the early access tour that started at 9am. Our guide, Justin, was enthusiastic, friendly and engaging. He also had extensive knowledge of everything food place he took us too as well as of Seattle in general. There was a lot of variety with the food: biscuits, tea, salmon, burgers, Doughnuts, Privoshy and a little bit of coffee too. I do wish cheese has been included in the tour since it seems to be an important part of the Pike Place Market. You did leave the tour feeling full and you even got a discount card for various food places at the end of the tour.
