Overview

See parts of the Island most residents of Hawaii never see! Explore further down the pristine South Kona Coast than any other snorkeling tour company and snorkel at 3 incredible locations including Kealakekua Bay, the culturally significant Pu’uhonua O Honaunau, and a third remote location inaccessible any other way. Perhaps you’ll snorkel at a black sand beach and have it all to yourselves. Maybe a stone arch or a spectacular lava rock formation created thousands of years ago.

Explore sea caves and lava tubes in our safe, exciting, and maneuverable custom vessels designed to get you up close and personal with the coast. Scout for marine life such as pilot whales as long as your boat, Hawaiian spinner dolphins, green sea turtles, and more.

Lunch is provided, as are snacks, water & juice throughout the day. All the snorkeling gear and flotation devices you need as well. You simply show up in your swimsuit with your reef-safe sunscreen and towel in hand and away we go!

Sea Quest Hawaii

Explore three snorkel destinations, Kealakekua Bay, Puʻuhonua O Honaunau, and a private black sand beach. Our captain and crew will share the history and culture as they adventure through sea caves and lava tubes.

Well planned trip. All three sites were different and great. We got to K Bay when it was a bit less crowded. This was highly enjoyable snorkeling for both beginners and for more experienced snorkelers, and it was nice to see up close the sea caves in a smaller boat.

Lauren was extremely helpful with getting our gear on comfortably. The noodles made snorkeling effortless. We definitely enjoyed stop 2 as it was very calm and there were lots of fish. We also saw 5 dolphins and 3 turtles.

Wonderful snorkeling experience in 3 different locations which each were unique. 30-45 min snorkeling at each location. We also saw bottle nose dolphins that swam all around us-a treat the guides were excited about. Great lunch and snacks. My daughter was very disappointed that the GoPro we rented didn’t work. I’d suggest asking for a second battery and using it before you go out to make sure it works. I’d also suggest keeping out your sunscreen and reapplying after each snorkel. Our stuff was put under the seats and so it was awkward to ask people to stand so we could get it out but we ended up quite sunburned. Even so, our family had a great trip-the guides were terrific-friendly and knowledgeable. I’d definitely recommend this trip over ones that just go to one spot and I’d take this tour again.
