They were positive and encouraging. Their instructions to the lagoon were spot on. Offering a dry bag for each rental would have been helpful.

This was exactly what we wanted/hoped for. We delighted at seeing a manatee and no mosquitoes, We did go to the island to swim a bit.

Very fun! We chose to go deep in the mangroves where paddle use was not an option! Used our hands to pull and push our way thru the mangroves.
