Family of 4, 2 teenage girls. Mixed abilities and fitness, and some a little nervous, but we all had a great time! Jay took time to teach us how to ride, and then we did about 12 miles of trails into the desert. Great scenery. You do need to be fit, but not crazy skilled. Water, snacks etc were a nice touch. We had a wonderful experience and thoroughly enjoyed it all. Great value private tour.

My wife and I ride bikes frequently, but we have never rode mountain bikes before. We live in Tampa, FL and there aren’t even many hills around here. This was our first experience and it was challenging enough, but definitely not too challenging for our skill set. Jason was our tour guide / instructor and he did a great job pointing out the rules and technique of mountain biking and also giving lots of interesting facts about the Sonoran desert. We will definitely be mountain biking during our next trip to AZ!

What an amazing mountain ride on this girls trip! Don and Laurel are such great coaches and tour guides. Amazing scenery, bikes and trail. They encourage and coached us throughout the day. Cant wait to come back and do it again.
