They were a no show and we received no phone call or email. Our whole morning was wasted waiting for this tour and then we had to decide what to do when he didnt show- Very disappointed!

Our driver on that Thursday had over slept and missed the tour start time. Unfortunately things do happen sometimes but this is the first time in 6 years that a guide has missed a tour. You received a full refund and we offer our most sincere apologies. We are just as disappointed as you are Tim. We expect our guides to be punctual and reliable. When that doesn't happen everyone suffers and we want our guests to experience nothing but the best.
