Katie and Carmen crushed it. I told them I'd never met a vegan "cheese" I liked. They changed that with the "nacho cheese" Katie whipped up. The food truly was amazing and one of the best culinary experiences I've had on the Island. I recommend getting the day pass and visiting the bamboo garden while there. I'm definitely getting Katie's cookbook. And if you go in December, you may be lucky enough to try basically custard in a fruit. Craziest fruit ever and can eat like a custard with a spoon. No idea of the name. Wild. Rollinia?

We enjoyed walking the farm and learning about the foods that grow in the region. We also enjoyed creating the meal based on what we sourced. Fun experience for the family.

Even though Clay and Logan were cool, and the meal was good, but my wife was expecting a culinary experience that would be more involving than chopping an onion and mincing some garlic; I was hoping to get a look at the waterfall. We were both left feeling unfulfilled, especially $400+
