Climbing Bines Craft Ale Company is one of New York State’s first farm breweries! They specialize in small batch, handcrafted ales brewed on site with the freshest estate-grown hops and barley harvested just a few miles down the road. The hopyard is a 1.5-acre planting that consists of seven cultivars and nearly 1500 hills. Their Farm is dedicated to growing premium New York State grown hops for the local brewing industry and beyond. Their practices are rooted in the philosophy of sustainable agricultural and environmental consciousness.

hey are Seneca Falls only farm brewery. Open since May 2017, they offer a rotating selection of brewed on site beer, homemade root beer & a small selection of local wines. This was the best tour we've been on! Our guide was friendly and knowledgeable. He provided us with waters, some snacks and an itinerary. He made the experience so fun and easy. He came into each brewery and made sure our flights were covered (what is included with the tour). We also booked the lunch option and ate at Fall Street Brewing. Delicious food and beers! There wasn't a brewery we didn't like. Lots of options and variety. If we come back again we will definitely be booking another tour with this company!

My husband and I had a great time on this brewery tour! Our tour guide was knowledgeable about the area and was very personable. The staff at each brewery were very friendly and gave us a little information about their brewery. We also met some nice people at each location! We’d do it again in a heartbeat!

We actually did the flavors for all but this is CLOSE ENOUGH! 100% would recommend this. It ended up being just me and my husband and that's ok. We had Bill and he was great. We had a miscommunication on the time we were supposed to be picked up but it ended up working out. Bill is very friendly and helpful. Can't wait to do it all over again.
