Overview

I am a long time local and guide who has worked with thousands of people. This experience is meeting up with me to learn something about the area and check in with where you are at and offer a series of mindfulness prompts to do on a trail you pick.I do not go with you as a hiking guide.We use Whats app to stay in touch and I also offer local tips, hiking suggestions and answer questions about the area. I'm basically an expert guide in your pocket.
I would say this experience is best for the person who really wants to slow down and find a connection with the land.
It can also be a good value for the right person as hiking tours can start at $150. It may not be a fit for the person who wants an entertainment experience( try my Uptown Scavenger hunt for a fast paced fun adventure) or who is just coming along for the ride.Because its something new, slow and introspective the grumpy relative or friend with you won't be a good fit.There is a lot of magic in the red rocks.

This scavenger hunt was truly a life changing experience. I am so grateful to Tara for her authenticity, passion, fearlessness, and contagious curiosity. I did the "search for the story" documentary scavenger hunt -- and let me tell you... this was one of the coolest projects I've ever had the pleasure of doing. Tara is extremely intuitive and was able to guide me during the creative process in such a way that allowed me to access parts of my creativity that felt blocked before. Tara takes the time to listen to your heart. I am so grateful and can't wait to continue working on the project we created :)

I loved how openness to a new experience and your willing to stretch yourself..I was also intrigued with your experiment of going to Bell Rock with a sign that said I am hear to listen to see what happened.
