T his has to be the worst place ive ever visited. And to think I paid to get in. I thought this was supposed to be a sanctuary. I dont think so. No wonder threrwas no one there. The animals looked unhealthy.Threre should be a law against keeping animals that way. I felt like calling the Florida Fish and wild life coservation commision or the USFWS. Some one has to resue the rescued animals here.I truly could not believe what Iwas witnessing. Very deppressing and lack of sanitation place. I would never recomend this place to anyone.

I was not impressed with this event. It does not compare to the Bronx zoo holiday lights event. We saw one parrot, no live flamingos. There were a few animals made if lights. There was a fake snow machine. There were two musicians playing key boards. In most of the place you could barely hear the music. I didn’t find it festive and we would never go again.

There wasn’t a lot of lights and decorations like it used to be in the past years. The Christmas tree was turned off. A lot of the lights were broken. I would definitely not recommend to my friends and family to come back again.

We are very sorry you did not enjoy the garden of lights. The lighting outages were also very concerning to us also. We hope you will give us another visit during the day to enjoy the entire 60 acres.
