Katelyn was amazing . She was late getting to the starting point but she more than made up for it with her energy and enthusiasm. The reason for only 4 stars is mostly because the website says it is wheelchair accessible but there are a couple of stops with multiple stairs. We didnā€™t need a wheelchair but were unable to do stairs. Katelyn made it work but I think it should be noted on the website and explain that it takes special accommodations.

Thank you for your understanding and sharing this feedback with us. Although some of our stops include stairs, we have alternative locations and routes that we take when guests are unable to do stairs and hope that your tour was still an enjoyable and comfortable experience. Katelyn is such a wonderful Guide and our team knows how to take amazing care of our guests, and we hope this wasn't too inconvenient during your tour. We're glad you enjoyed everything else about the tour!

Disappointing. Unfortunately the guide never showed. We waited at the designated meeting spot for 30 minutes then contacted customer service. The owner reached out and told us he did not know what happened to the guide. He apologized, and issued a refund. As this was our planned activity for our first and only day in Philly we were left hungry and scrambling for planning the day on our own.

We are incredibly sorry for what happened and are still unsure what may have happened with the Guide. This is embarrassing and no excuse can make up for us failing to provide you with the experience that you had anticipated. Please know that this is not the level of service that we are known for and we certainly hope that you still enjoyed your time in Philadelphia and any of the recommendations we were able to give.

Our tour guide was very well informed & generous with her time. The walking tour was maybe 1-1.5Mi total so donā€™t be scared away by that. Each food item was tasty and the history was shared with us as well. A surprise extra stop was gorgeous and really added to the overall experience. Iā€™d recommend this tour to anyone looking for something fun to do in a new city. Good stuff.
