Hard to give a review when the tour guide didn’t show up. We along with the rest of the group waited and waited, then it took forever to go through the steps of actually talking on the phone to a rep for the company. They couldn’t contact the tour guide and called us, very apologetic that the tour would have to be cancelled. Our money unfortunately would take 3-5 business days to get back to us. I understand things happen but it would have been nice if the company had also credited everyone’s account with an additional amount to cover us all having to pay for our own meal, as our food would have been covered with the tour. Very disappointing

There is no excuse we can provide for this. We apologize for what happened please know that this does not reflect the quality of service that we are known for . Our food tours are always a fun time and something to look forward to, and we have now implemented a new operational procedure with all Tour Guides to avoid this situation from happening again.
