Your day begins with a 30-minute or 1-hour or airboat tour deep into the 4,200 acres (1,699 hectares) of protected swamps, marshes and rivers that make up the Central Florida Everglades. Your US Coast Guard captain will give you an in-depth look at the gators, birds, eagles, trees and plants that make up these beautiful wetlands. This is the third time we have visited Wild Florida. Very informative boat ride followed by a trip round the zoo and watched the big gators getting fed. Couldn’t have asked for more. A little busy but then we did visit on a Saturday! Great value for your money. Didn’t have time for the drive through, perhaps for the best as it was a rather nice rental car! Adults and children alike would enjoy a day here, well worth the drive.

Captain Dennis was a great tour guide! He gave us time to take in the scenery but also caught us some waves and gave us some speed. The airboat tour was definitely the highlight of the day! Park is nice too but needs to be better maintained. Enclosure glasses very dirty in some places. No recycling bins on the property... it’s a wildlife place and you don’t recycle for the environment? Disappointing. Staff is friendly and helpful. Looks like the site will be expanding, please consider more environmentally friendly options with the serving of Comphouse grill food and include some recycling bins!!!!

Great airboat ride. The kids really enjoyed it. Mike, the Captain, was great! Very funny and made the airboat ride very enjoyable. Very nice employees. Wonderful time overall.
