I didn’t realize we were paying extra for transportation we didn’t use. We paid $117 when we could’ve just paid about $80 for the same thing. This listing on Viator was not clear or upfront about this at all. We got totally got ripped off.

Rain rain - made for a cold and very wet experience. Joshua picked us up from the Sarasota. Very helpful. He made the experience much better.

The alligator show was good. The driver of the bus was Excellent. The waiting for hours was horrible.

When is lightning the airboat can't going on the water and in this case waiting time is longer. We can't control the weather. Because os safety reasons waiting time was longer.
