Al was great at meeting us there and getting us our tickets fast! The tour was one hour and just long enough

Amazing experience for me and my family. From the beginning the host Al was very welcoming and funny. Our tour guide was very nice and informing us of everything in the Everglades. We saw a lot of alligators even birds. We had an after show with alligators which was cool and we got to take a picture with a baby alligator. Overall loved the experience great staff & customer service! Do t forget to tip your tour guide for the amazing tour!

Definitely the airboat tour was the best. Our guide was knowledgeable and fun. The gator show was very nice as well.
