The actual tour was good but it is a much better deal to buy it from the actual Everglades Holiday Park. We purchased the tickets expecting a ride to the park and the owner told us we could park at a hotel. We were immediately run upon by the hotel workers stating we would be towed if we parked there and had to drive all the way to the park.

Customer have just wrong story. He was late on meeting point and also he decide traveling to park directly without our permission with his own car. After he did everything at the Park with friends he try get refund. We rejected refund and he was mad about it. This reason for bad review.

Al was a great driver and tour guide. He took excellent care of us. His narratives and humor were very enjoyable and informative. The drive from Fort Lauderdale didn't seem so long. Al told us where to sit for the best experience. It was an excellent, personal tour.
