The people were not motivated to make the experience happen snd we paid $320 for two people. We ended up leaving because nobody would take us out:(

Hi Kate, There is absolutely no way we did not take your for your activity. Unless they were a group before you and you did not want to wait for your turn you are confusing us with another company. We take every single customers who check in with us. And we if are sold out and cannot take any new bookings that day we let you know at check in and DO NOT check you in. Regards,

Once I got there I had to pay $80 more than expected for fees and such. I was told it should’ve been stated in the terms of the third party. So that sucked. The water was filthy. My instructor was a cool guy. That was the only good part of the whole experience. They had my reservation so at least the booking process worked if I’m looking for something nice to say. But due to the fact that I had to pay an additional $80 after I had already clicked “that I understand that all sales are final and there are no refunds” I felt it was shady. I would not recommend Viator because of that shadiness. I would not recommend Flyboarding at that location due to how dirty the water was.

I will not recommend this app viator I and paying more for the the trip I pay like 30 dollars more is better buying the tikes in the place then here in this application
