What To Expect

Fredericksburg Visitor Information Center

You will check in to board the trolley at the Visitor Center. Please arrive 15 minutes prior to tour departure. There is free parking in the parking lot behind the building.

Cancellation Policy

All sales are final. No refund is available for cancellations.

Our host was very accommodating and worked hard to bring us to wineries and make adjustments so that everyone could enjoy their favorite types of wines. The only thing I was a little disappointed in was that we didn't take a trolley.

Thank you for the great review! Our Wine Trolley runs every Saturday plus other days of the week so we invite you back! (Although the schedule on a trolley is not flexible on winery visits) Let’s all hope together that the pandemic ends in 2022 so that we can all resume our normal schedules.

The wine tour was fantastic and our driver/guide Michelle was amazing. The wineries we went to were great and if we didn’t like certain wines they made note and altered our tour. It is so worth it. Best thing in Fredericksburg!

It's not a trolley - ours was a 12 passenger van. Our driver, Michelle, was very nice. We toured 3 pre-selected wineries but it was simply wine tastings - no tours included. We met the owner at the first location; briefly saw an owner of the second, and only had someone bringing us wine at the third. Lunch was sandwiches - however, the winery ran out of sandwiches that we had ordered - it seemed very unorganized. This tour should be $80 a person max. I would recommend individually booking TOURS at the actual wineries and pass on this "Trolley Tour"

Hello Dana! We appreciate your comments and will share them with our team as we discuss ways to make each tour special for our guests. We offer a tour to three popular wineries/tasting rooms with tasting fees and a boxed lunch for you to enjoy at one of the wineries visited. We were also frustrated that the winery made the mistake of selling your particular lunch to some else, but Michelle made certain that you had opportunity to choose anything else you'd like and that you were personally taken care of. Our sincere apologies that our Trolley was unavailable on the date of your tour. We always wish to use the Trolley, too! Rather than cancel a tour we have noted in our booking link that if the Trolley is out of service we will provide alternate transportation. We appreciate that you liked your tour guide Michelle and will let her know that she received positive feedback on her service.
