This world-famous pedestrian path is best experienced on foot, in a small group, with a knowledgeable local guide! This 2.5-hour tour travels the trail from Boston Common to Copp's Hill Terrace, providing guests a chance to see ALL SIXTEEN official landmarks on the Freedom Trail.

Our small-group walking tour delves deeply into the years 1760 to 1776, the tumultuous years leading into the American Revolution. We walk in the footsteps of Colonial Bostonians, all of whom grappled with the difficult—yet essential—question of loyalty or rebellion to crown and country.

We had a great morning with Ted (the owner) who met us at our hotel and toured the Trail. Ted is experienced and well versed on Boston’s history and the Revolution. The walk was about 3 miles but he broke it up with coffee stops and sit-down breaks that made it a comfortable trip. Ted also managed to keep us out of the crowds and even recommended a great place for lunch in the Italian section. Very engaging and professional.

Amazing tour with Nick. He knows a lot about the Revolution and knows how to explain that. We walked thru several important places and learned a lot. Highly recommend.

Our guide Nick was amazing. His history tour of the years 1765-1775 was like listening to a story unfold while walking along the Boston Freedom Trail. Nick made sure we got a true sense of the history of the beginnings of the US while making sure not to just quote facts and figures. History came alive in a very real and exciting way! Thank you!!!!
