Honestly I could give 0 stars if I could. The tour guide (Kristen) started our 2 hour long by laying out some rules in a not so friendly way and it kind of intimidated the entire group. I have been to another ghost walking tour about 3 years back and it creeped the hell out of me - this one not even the slightest bit. She certainly had absolutely no clue about what she was supposed to do. She hardly told us four stories in two hours and did not give proper details about even one. She kept on harping over details that were unnecessary and not related to the hauntings and did not even once mention why and what exactly the hauntings comprised of. Her stories were all out of place and order - as if she couldn’t remember what to say. There were several instances when she would just keep talking and making faces at the people walking and driving on the streets. Honestly I knew more about the history of NOLA compared to her! I honestly got more information listening to other tour guides on the road. What she told us couldn’t have taken more than 15 mins and she dragged it for two hours! There were so many people from the same tour group that later met us on our way back home and were telling us how disappointed they were with that particular tour. So so so disappointed, I wish I would’ve gone to the one I went last time. This one’s a total waste of money and if you are in Kristen’s group, do yourself a favor and just read up some ghost stories in your hotel room with the lights off!

We did walking ghost tour. Our guide was Collen and he was perfect for this type of tour. He had a tremendous amount of knowledge and he also added the right amount of theatrics. Would recommend him for any tour.
