This was a fantastic walking tour.Lots of history, architecture and even some info about Katrina. The tour also includes free admission to the 1850 house. I felt that we got a lot for the money. Our tour guide was Anne Savoy and she was very knowledgeable about the French Quarter and its fascinating history. Thank you Anne - you do your city proud!

Great walking tour of the French Quarter - go here first. Highly recommend. Very personable, interesting, knowledgeable, fun. The minor cost of the walking tour also gets you into the house tour where there is a good book/gift shop.

The walking tour of the French Quarter was great. Joseph aka Rosie was a fun guide-- and a native. He knew a lot about the French Quarter and NOLA itself. He gave great recommendations of places to visit and eat as well. We visited the Cabildo museum later that day and a lot of what our guide touched upon we found there in the museum-- everything was full circle. It was a great tour. It was also nice that they do not require reservations in advance and offer the tour at a reasonable price.
