Wow! Wonderful stroll through the history of New Orleans. Cindy brought the Quarter to life with stories and anecdotes. And now we know the difference between a gallery, veranda and balcony. We also toured the 1850 house at her suggestion and it was an interesting glimpse into city life. Highly recommend this tour!

This 2-hour walking tour of the French Quarter is worth your time. Our knowledgeable guide, Arlene, hit all the high points in New Orleans history while taking us around to see important landmarks and architecture in areas many tourists miss. With the tour we received free admission to the 1850 House Museum, a rare chance to step back in time and see a beautifully-decorated Pontalba apartment when it was a family home.

Me and my friend took this tour on a whim walking by and were pleasantly surprised. Roger, our tour guide was very knowledgeable while also being personable and humorous. The only thing holding us back from five stars was we wished the tour had more of a narrative, but over all an excellent experience.
