Our guide, Tom, was very knowledgeable and did a great job of keeping us out of the downpours and in the shade, as the weather changed dramatically during our walk. We learned a lot about the area, its architecture and its history. The entry to the house, included in the ticket price, is also good value for money, giving lots of information about the families who lived there in days gone by. We really enjoyed the walk and would certainly recommend it to other travellers.

Diane Cohen is a very knowledgeable and engaging guide. I was impressed with the depth of her knowledge and concern for historical accuracy. That being said, she shared many interesting stories that brought the French Quarter and its history to life. Diane did a great job of explaining the architecture in terms of how the buildings were actually used when they were built. I really enjoyed the tour!!

My wife and I decided to take the morning tour of the French Quarter on our very first day in New Orleans. Thanks to Ann, our passionate and engaging guide, we discovered the fascinating history of the city and understood the main styles of its charming architecture.
