My friend and I were visiting Austin and wanted to visit Texas hill country, this was a great way to do it! Our guide, Chris, was a fun guy with lots of information and facts about Austin, Texas and Hill Country. Our first stop was Salt Lick BBQ (they only take cash), which was probably the best BBQ we had all week! We visited the winery too, which was in a cute building next to the restaurant. We visited two other wineries which had wonderful wine and beautiful grounds. Driftwood was my favorite winery. The wine was very good and the staff super friendly and happy to tell you about their wines. It was a fun day! I definitely recommend this tour.

The wine and BBQ tour was nothing short of amazing. We had a ton of fun talking with our tour guide, Steven. This is the best tour I have been on in any city. Steven was knowledgeable and funny, and anything he didn't have the answers to he found out while we ate. The BBQ at Salt Lick was delicious as was the wine at the two wineries (Driftwood and Duchman). The employees at all of these places were sweet and helpful. On the way back, Steven gave us great recommendations for food and fun - that we ended up going to that night! For the tour we scootered downtown to the visitor center and right when walking in Steven introduced himself. We got back around 2:30pm, which was great timing for us to then explore downtown some more. I highly recommend this tour!!
