What To Expect
1
Old Faithful
The most famous geyser in the world, Old Faithful geyser was named for its frequent and somewhat predictable eruptions, which number more than a million since Yellowstone became the world’s first national park in 1872. Guests will be able to watch Old Faithful erupt from the nearby wooden boardwalk and check major bucket list item off their list!
2
Old Faithful Inn
Old Faithful Inn was Built in 1903-1904 with local logs and stone from what is now the Yellowstone National Park area. The Inn is considered the largest log structure in the world. The towering lobby features a massive stone fireplace and a hand-crafted clock made of copper, wood and wrought iron serving as focal points.
3
Grand Canyon of the Yellowstone
Grand Canyon of the Yellowstone, Great Loop Road at Canyon Village,
4
Yellowstone Lake
Yellowstone Lake, Grand Loop Road Between Fishing Bridge and Grant Village
5
Lower Yellowstone River Falls
Lower Falls, the biggest waterfall in Yellowstone at 308-feet tall, is the most famous waterfall in the park. The canyon’s colors were created by hot water acting on volcanic rock. It was not these colors, but the river’s yellow banks at its distant confluence with the Missouri River, that occasioned the Minnetaree Indian name which French trappers translated as roche jaune, yellow stone. The canyon has been rapidly downcut more than once, perhaps by great glacial outburst floods.
6
Fountain Paint Pot
The Fountain Paint Pots is an amazing stop in Yellowstone National Park's Lower Loop. They are mud pots located in Lower Geyser Basin in Yellowstone National Park. The Fountain Paint Pots are named for the rich reds, and vivid yellows and browns of the mud in this area. The differing colors are derived from oxidation states of the iron in the mud.
7
Hayden Valley
Hayden Valley is a must stop wildlife paradise and the location of the largest herd of free roaming bison in the world. We'll be watching for bears, wolves, bison, elk, mule deer, coyotes, fox, eagles, pronghorn and other critters while driving through this beautiful area!
8
West Thumb Geyser Basin
We'll walk along the boardwalk and discover the many beautiful hydrothermal pools located in this basin area that is an extension of the Yellowstone Lake area.

I would have given an excellent rating, but since the weather cut the trip short I went with Very Good. Not only was the part of the tour we were able to go on fantastic, but their handling of the weather issue was pleasantly surprising. Our guide was thorough in his knowledge of the area and full of historical and geological information. The network of guides they had in the area that day really helped get the most out of the tour by sharing information on wildlife sightings and weather conditions. I was just glad that we had an experienced guide and driver when the heavy snow started. He was able to change things on the fly and allowed us to get to Old Faithful just before they closed down all the roads in Yellow Stone. Even though the tour was cut short due to inclement weather, BrushBuck made it right. Too many times over the years I find myself fighting with companies about a poor experience and getting the feeling they just didn't really care. With BrushBuck, I didn't even have to pick up the phone. Before we returned to the hotel, they had communicated with us letting us know what they were going to do. Thank you BrushBuck for hiring great guides that know the area and know how to keep us safe. At some point, we will return to the area and wouldn't hesitate for a second to book another tour.

I have to say this tour highly exceeded our expectations. Our guide Chance was the best and most knowledgeable guide we have ever went with. And we have went on lots of guided tours in Hawaii and Mexico. From start to finish it was a blast. Chance reminded me of my Uncle Merv who just passed this last year, they both are real cowboys with hearts of gold. We saw so much wildlife,it was awesome. Saw a big bull buffalo swim across a river with just his head above water, royal elk, 7 pts on each side, moose, coyote, deer, anteleope and elk. Buffalo were all over the place and Chance knew the best places to see them. We also saw a nice black bear. I can only tell you that if you are going to Yellowstone and have one chance to go on a tour, you can't go wrong with Brushbuck Wildlife Tours and especially with Chance as your tour guide. They also had a good lunch for us. Thanks Chance for the great experience, one we will always remember.

Decided to do a tour once we were told the South Entrance of Yellowstone was closed due to snow and we are so glad that we did. Our guide was great! He gave us so much information about the area and the wildlife. Our guide was able to spot coyotes, bison, grizzly, and elk. I do not think we would have seen many of these animals on our own. Yellowstone is stunning with geysers, mud pots, a canyon and waterfalls It was a great day!
