Come aboard the Quicksilver and leave the crowded restaurants behind. This spacious double-deck catamaran offers comfortable seating with generous table spacing for a more private intimate setting. Rosemary and garlic prime rib with horseradish, au jus & other condiments
Fresh island Mahi-Mahi with lemon, & savory caper sauce
The vegetarian option is penne pasta with fresh Thai basil marinara sauce

What To Expect

Lahaina Harbor

The Quicksilver 2-Hour Lahaina Sunset Dinner Cruise offers three main course meal options. Rosemary and garlic roasted prime rib, fresh island Mahi-Mahi with lemon caper sauce, and the vegetarian option is penne pasta with Thai basil marinara. For starters, spring mix salad with tomatoes and carrots, cilantro vinaigrette, homemade buttery croutons, and a taro roll with honey butter, The side dishes are steamed rice with Shoyu and sautéed vegetables. For dessert banana cake with Lilikoi frosting and a cobbler topping.

The entire experience was awesome! The food and drinks were delicious, the crew was knowledgeable and interactive and the sunset was as nice as could be taken it was obscured by clouds. We saw a mother dolphin and her baby. It was relaxing and the perfect romantic setting. Would recommend to anyone who wants good food, drinks and pleasant atmosphere.

This was a nice relaxing cruise on the Quicksilver. The staff was very friendly and inviting. The food was also better than I expected as this was a smaller boat than I had been on in the past.

Nice boat, experienced crew, good food and great service. Fun evening with multiple Porpoise sightings and spectacular sunset. Very worthwhile dinner cruise.
