What To Expect

The Quicksilver 2-Hour Lahaina Sunset Dinner Cruise offers three main course meal options. Rosemary and garlic roasted prime rib, fresh island Mahi-Mahi with lemon caper sauce, and the vegetarian option is penne pasta with Thai basil marinara. For starters, spring mix salad with tomatoes and carrots, cilantro vinaigrette, homemade buttery croutons, and a taro roll with honey butter, The side dishes are steamed rice with Shoyu and sautéed vegetables. For dessert banana cake with Lilikoi frosting and a cobbler topping.

Beautiful views! Fantastic crew! Super nice and helpful. The food was not as awesome as every thing else. But, still a memorable experience.

I love taking any boat ride/cruse while in Maui. While the sunset was absolutely stunning, and the weather was beautiful, However, the food was disappointing. Somewhere along the line our food order was messed up, I ordered the lobster and prime rib, for my husband and myself, but we got the combo which was fish, chicken and over done steak. I NEVER order chicken over Lobster. I mentioned this to the hostess, she was very nice, but couldn't do anything about it at that time.She offered me the number of the manager to call, but what good was that to me then? So that put a bit of a damper on the evening. Don't sit below, it smells like fish and its VERY hot and stuffy.

This was our Highlight of the Honolulu visit. The day was badly overcast so the prospect of any sunset didn't look good. The trip out was great with a 12 foot Dolphin playing in our Bow wave,. The meal was pretty good with a good helping of fish. There was a cruise ship in port and left the same time as us which provided more atmosphere for this trip. Then out of the blue came this amazing, magical sunset. It was just so romantic. Certainly the best guided tour of our 10 days in Hawaii. I cannot remember a more memorable time in my life, and with my wife with me was such a Magical and Romantic evening
