Come aboard the Quicksilver and leave the crowded restaurants behind. This spacious double-deck catamaran offers comfortable seating with generous table spacing for a more private intimate setting. All the tables provide excellent vantage points to enjoy the beautiful Maui scenery. Add island style music and the Aloha of the friendly crew to top off the ambiance of this unique Maui experience

Rosemary and garlic prime rib with horseradish, au jus & other condiments
Fresh island Mahi-Mahi with lemon, & savory caper sauce
The vegetarian option is penne pasta with fresh Thai basil marinara sauce

What To Expect

Lahaina Harbor

The Quicksilver 2-Hour Lahaina Sunset Dinner Cruise offers three main course meal options. Rosemary and garlic roasted prime rib, fresh island Mahi-Mahi with lemon caper sauce, and the vegetarian option is penne pasta with Thai basil marinara. For starters, spring mix salad with tomatoes and carrots, cilantro vinaigrette, homemade buttery croutons, and a taro roll with honey butter, The side dishes are steamed rice with Shoyu and sautéed vegetables. For dessert banana cake with Lilikoi frosting and a cobbler topping.

Cancellation Policy

For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.

No entertainment. Was expecting a bit more than just one singer. Was hoping for a more Hawaiian flavor. The food and service was good.

My mom and I had the whole lower level and bar area to ourselves. Konou was very attentive to our needs and my mom had a blast. She especially loved when the musician played Fools Rush In on ukulele. It felt like my dad in heaven was watching over us.
