Poorly maintained buses , no A/C half way into the journey. Due to the bus breakdown, we were stranded in the middle of the road for over 2 hours. In these circumstances, they did not give any customer friendly options. Planned activities at key west had to be canceled with no promise of reimbursements..

The scene of the island was wonderful. And food and drinks were good. Cuddos to our trip narrater and bus driver both did and awesome job narrating and driving when I go back I want the same bus driver and speaker.
