Full-Circle "Reverse" - Luxury Road to Hana Tour from South Maui

Overview
#1 We go ALL THE WAY AROUND THE MOUNTAIN so you don't see the same thing twice!
#2 We do it in REVERSE, the way the locals do it!
There are a few options to choose from to explore the Road to Hana so you can experience the rainforest & its waterfalls, streams, fresh water ponds, bamboo forests & lush foliage, but there is only one company where the owners are actually a Native Hawaiian husband & wife team that were born & raised Hawaii. We pride ourselves in sharing the Hawaiian culture, history, & stories about Hawaii & what its like to live life here in the islands, while treating you like the VIP that you are! Our family history goes back 150 years & they still live in a little community out on the Road to Hana. While on tour we'll stop by our family's fruit stand that has been operating for 40 yrs & is the home of "the original banana bread." We'll cover the rigid & rugged terrain on the backside of Maui & travel where most visitors never see. Hot lunch & souvenir backpack included.

Our hosts, Doug and Bobby, worked well as a team to entertain everyone throughout the trip. We learned a lot about the sights and history through the experience of two natives who have great pride in their heritage and of Maui. Water shoes would be a great thing to have to hike to the swimming holes and protect your feet. The drive is absolutely beautiful but needs your full attention so leave the driving to your guides so everyone enjoys the journey and the destinations. Bobby telling the story of the Tiger Shark that Doug caught is a story I will never forget. Keep up the great work and Mahalo for a wonderful day on the Road to Hana.

Haha - that Tiger Shark story gets to every one...just another day in a local boys life huh? Mahalo for your feedback and the details -- like how beautiful every thing is and how it needs your full attention! We love showing off our beautiful island and sharing our history, heritage and culture. I am thankful that you gave us the opportunity to share it with you. Stay safe - A hui hou, until we meet again!! -Lilia

Lillian and our host Doug (twice in one week) weā€™re so warm, welcoming and fantastic hosts during our tour. The spots that they took us to were amazing (waterfalls, black beach were highlights). Doug was incredibly funny and insightful and was so authentic in sharing many, many interesting and funny things about his beloved Maui. The accommodations were top shelf with the snacks, drinks, vehicle, towels, etc etc. I highly recommendā€¦on your own, as a couple or with family.

The guides, Doug and Bobby, were wonderful! They are locals who loved to share their knowledge of the Hawaiian culture and islands. They were professional, courteous, and friendly. By the end we felt like Ohana! They also had to diffuse a difficult situation and did so with grace and professionalism. True gentlemen and it was an honor to spend the day with them. It didnā€™t hurt that we could leave the driving to someone else!
