Wildlife viewing and fishing the upper Kenai with JJ always a memory maker with JJ. JJ put us on the fish for some quality red action, trout, and dolly varden. This was a most enjoyable trip for us and will be back for the fall bite. We have been going with JJ since 2013. He is a true river professional.

My wife booked a trip with JJ for me for Father's Day and when I spoke with him I let him know I had my kids with me and they were just going to hang out at the camper while I was gone. He let them come with no extra charge. Then we ran into issues where the trip got refunded without letting JJ or myself know, so I had to battle to get him paid. He was super understanding and very patient with me as this whole mess got figured out. He is very easy going and very knowledgeable when it comes to the river. I will definitely book with him again.

I had a super easy time reaching out to JJ and then talking on the phone with him. Very knowledgable, he made me very comfortable especially for someone who has not drift boated before. he didn't immediately charge my card which i appreciated. Due to covid 19, we won't be traveling like we planned. but he was also very gracious and easy about canceling our reservation. I will absolutely be booking my next trip with JJ.
