We took 30 middle school students and 4 chaperones to Homestead, Florida and Key West for 5 days! Tammy and Ryan were with us the entire trip while Stacy and Elijah joined us a couple of times. These guides know the ends and out of Florida and allowed us to have an amazing experience that all 34 of us will remember forever!

I've been to the Everglades once before this excursion, but when I went the last time, I didn't see any animals and it was really hot. However, this time around, when I returned with my sister and friend, we decided to book a tour with Wild Lime Adventures. We really wanted the opportunity to kayak in the Everglades and learn more about its rich biodiversity with informed guides who really knew the area. Well, we definitely got that! On our tour, we were lucky enough to see manatees, crocodiles (even a juvenile crocodile!), alligators, and more. This is a newer tour they're offering, so we were lucky enough to have three very informed guides, Lindsay, Ryan, and Stacy. You really don't have to worry about bringing any "equipment", since they provide a lot of the necessities. The kayaking portion is not that rigorous and my friend who never kayaked before this didn't have any issues. I wouldn't sweat the small stuff because they really provided a lot of necessities, like a reusable water bottle, water/drinks throughout the trip, snacks, and more. One thing I wanted to point out, our meeting location was at South Tip Farm Stand. Our GPS had us turn into SW 214th Ave, but stay on Ingraham Hwy, you will see a sign for the farm stand. When we got there, they had to open the gate for us.

We are super happy to hear that you thoroughly enjoyed the experience and that you got a lot out of it, especially considering you have been to the Everglades before. We do put a lot of thought into the little things that will make the day more enjoyable or practically planned out. Thanks for noticing those things. We hope to see you again one day!
