Incredible tour with passionate Garl who knows the place in and out and showed us so many secrets of the Everglades. He took us to places we would have never gone to by ourselves! Adjusting to the different ages and physical abilities (3 generations: from 12yo to 76yo) and providing us with so many details about the story of this park! Unforgettable! And he took great pictures for us!!!

This tour was my best experience during my Florida-Trip. Garl was a very good an friendly guide with a great sense of humour. I would recommend this tour to everyone who wants to see the real and pure nature of the Everglades National Park. Dont do the typical airboat-thing for a tourist, which is often just 60 Minutes and its also not so good for the nature. Call Garl and get into nature and become part of it. Thank you so much, a day I can never forget.

This trip was amazing and we highly recommend it. Garl is a very good guide and we never felt unsafe or rushed. We learned a great deal. The slogging in the slough was an unexpected adventure, walking (with sturdy pole) through thigh deep water to experience mangroves, cypress trees, myriad bromeliads, a sapsucker bird and even a sleeping alligator. No dangerous snakes were seen. The kayaking was also very informative and enjoyable. How Garl knows where he is going in the slough and the mangrove “forest” I will never know but he does. This trip gives you a true picture of the Everglades which is what we had hoped for. Give it a try!
