What To Expect

Zion Canyon Scenic Drive

Zion Canyon is accessed along the Zion Canyon Scenic Drive, which runs along the canyon floor, with towering cliff walls on both sides.

The Narrows

The Narrows follows a river through a huge slot canyon. If you would like to hike The Narrows, please let your guide know in advance. Depending on the season, you may want to rent special equipment.

Such an incredible adventure! Hiking the narrows with Alex was incredible. She is very knowledgeable and shared a lot of history and details along the way. She helped us plan for the trip, so we were well prepared. She also provided a delish lunch, snacks and cold drinks. We couldn't have asked for a better guide and visit. Would HIGHLY recommend!

What an amazing three days spent in Zion this past weekend. We ran the Zion Half Marathon Saturday morning and Matthew (our guide) picked us up at noon to spend the rest of the day in Zion National Park. It was snowing when we hiked Emerald Pools - beyond gorgeous. We then drove out to Observation Point - Zion in the snow was beyond special. The next morning, Matthew picked us up with all of our gear to hike the Narrows. WOW - We hiked out about three miles (high enough where the water came to our waist). The scenery, experience, photographs were great. The next morning we went really early to Angels Landing - Matthew experience got us all the way to the ridge! It was the best hike I have ever done! Everything was organized and planned perfectly. Our pictures are amazing. We went to Zion to run but had the most epic weekend in the park.
