The people weren’t even there when we had made our reservation for. We called and they said they wouldn’t be back for another hour. Don’t recommend. Super unreliable. And I still haven’t received my refund!!!

This was a terrible experience!!!! We reserved tickets for snorkeling, show up at la Jolla water sports and they were CLOSED!! We call the number and they tell us that snorkeling is out of season and they're out on a boat doing a tour!!!!!! Why were we able to purchase tickets, GET CHARGED AND NOT GET A REFUND WHEN REQUESTED????! This was handled very poorly start to finish!
