Full-Day Tour: Concord Waterfall, Chocolate Factory, Rum Distillery, Grand Etang

Overview
This remarkable full-day tour, showing you the very best of Grenada in a day. See St. George's, the prettiest capital town in the Caribbean. Travel up the western coast and visit the picturesque Concord Waterfalls nestled in the lush mountains where you can be refreshed by swimming in the cool water. Visit the fishing town of Gouyave and the spice processing station, where you will see why our island is called the "Isle of Spice" then continue to the Diamond chocolate factory to taste and learn how chocolate is made. Have lunch at an authentic Grenadian restaurant, before heading to the Caribbean's oldest functional water-powered distillery before tasting its potent rum. The tour would not be complete without a visit to Grenada's interior and largest national park, to see the Grand Etang Lake and rainforest.

My family came down to see the SGU medical school. We had Dexter for our tour guide and he was excellent. I would recommend asking for him when you book the tour. Pick up right from the hotel and the van was great. Dexter was so knowledgeable about the island and all the spots to see. Don’t try driving around the island yourself, driving would be almost impossible for tourists. We nearly drove around the entire island and saw so much of the beautiful island. It was a great experience and the highlight of our trip. Thank you Dexter!

Michael was a superb tour guide. Possesses all the knowledge you will want to learn about Grenada. Explained the culture in detail. It was a pleasure to meet Michael and we thoroughly enjoyed out time with Michael. Highly recommend this tour to anyone interested in learning about the island of Grenada and highly recommend you specifically ask for Michael, you will not be disappointed. Thank you, Michael. Best always, Jana and Lou

We did the full tour and enjoyed all the sites we saw. We just felt that a half day of 4 hours v 9 hours would have been better for us. No complaints about the service or sights or anything, but 8-9 hours is long. Review both the half day and full day to make sure the half day isn’t enough.
