Ww thought the guide Matt was very knowledgeable! The only problem we had with the trip was the fact that I have mobility issues and was unable to do most if it. This is a great tour for families. Matt was very attentive to the children and made the tour more exciting for them

Thank you both for visiting us from Canada. Here in the states, it is a challenge to keep children engaged on a tour that involves a lot of history which to be honest mainly caters to adults. We apologize you didn't hear all of the different options for those with mobility issues. At Arlington(the most strenuous stop) we recommended the tram. At the memorials, the elevator was not working at Lincoln and that's outside of our control. You stated to the driver that you heard the Smithsonian museums were not ADA accessible and we told you that is incorrect in fact they are and that is the side you were purposely dropped of on for your free time. If you ever come back to the USA and decide to take our tour we will gladly rent a motorized scooter for you to travel around on such a hot day as it was so you don't have to be pushed around by someone else.

I was so impressed at the level of knowledge of the tour guide, Matt. He taught us facts we never heard before and made things so interesting. Not just telling us what things were, but why they were done the way they were, the meaning behind them, art symbolism, everything. Matt is a 5th grade teacher and has an ability to connect and make things interesting for the kids too. Wonderful tour hitting all the major monuments.
