My family of 4 adults were the only ones who signed up on the day of our tour so it turned out to basically be a private tour. The scheduled guide for the day was sick so we got a call from Linda in the office telling us they were getting us a new guide. After a brief delay, that was very well communicated by Linda, Paul ended up being our guide for the day. Great guy! We had an incredible day exploring Zion and Paul was very knowledgeable of the park and everything that we drove by on the way out and back. I highly recommend using SWEETours!

The variety of the sandstone rocks throughout the park was astounding. Our guide/driver Paul from Sweetours knew much more than the basics and had a wonderful way of sharing information. Lots of history and features about Zion. Very comfortable van and plenty of food and water provided. A well-spent day!

The trip was cancelled without any notice beforehand! Never experienced such a bad service. We were offered another trip to West Rim, but the busdriver spent a lot of time providing the Skywalk tickets, so the only thing we achieved during 3 hours there was to do the Skywalk. I can't recommend Viator or Sweetours after this experience

Anders, please let me explain. First, we must have a minimum of four people for the Zion tour, and we work very hard to build the tour with four up to the day before. I contacted our reservations staff and they have clearly stated they initiated attempts the day before several times to notify you of the Zion cancellation. As our goal with cancellations is to always provide an alternate tour selection for our customers, we hit the target on this one and offered you our most popular tour, that is Grand Canyon West Rim. We are well aware of the occasional crowds at the Skywalk; however, we have no control over the Skywalk operations, and we advise customers when this occurs to experience some of the other wonders of the West Rim during the three hours and return at a later time. Sorry you cannot recommend either Viator or Sweetours, but I can assure you that both entities have very positive track records of providing tours to their customers. Thank you for your feedback..
