Are you looking for a day of excitement, then read on. So it starts with a seamless process of getting you your gear and loading you up on the bus. The bus is loaded, we roll on to instruction and guide pairing. Now the trip is awesome but these guides here are on top of their game. Between the instruction, the guiding and the history of the river and the lunch this team makes sure they are better than the rest. Now as far a guides. ASK for Christian he is off the charts. The best time we ever had on the river. Shhh, but our boat did things others did not. What an experience. But wait there's more. We ran into Christian (he is a bama fan) at one of the local hot spots and continued our adventures with him and some of the team. Real people making sure you are having fun. Right on team. Keep up the great work.

I had the pleasure of rating the full Ocoee river last weekend with Cherokee Rafting. I was guided down the river by a young gentleman named Eric, and I am convinced he was the most knowledgeable and capable (and handsome) raft guide on the entire river! Eric shared so much information about the river and the species around, and his raft guiding skills were top tier. He clearly enjoyed his time on the river, and his energy was incredibly infectious. There was never a dull moment on the river between Eric's hilarious jokes, the views all throughout the gorge, and the exhilarating rapids! I felt like I was in good hands all of the trip, and there was never a point where I felt like I could be in danger. Even when I tumbled our of the raft, Eric swiftly pulled me back in to safety. I can not say enough good things about the trip and Eric. I wish I could go back every weekend. 10/10.

Had a fantastic trip. LaShawn was the absolute best guide and went out of his way to make sure we had fun. I can’t wait to go again and highly recommend Cherokee.
