The jet boat is not handicapped accessible but we are able to make exceptions on a case by case bases. Passengers will be required to sign a waiver.

We arrived for our scheduled 1:00 time which I scheduled online, upon arrival the young lady working there told us the captain of the boat was running late, we were given a new time of 1:30. The captain didn’t show up until after 2. It was a really hot day and not many places nearby to escape the heat, the teenagers grew impatient. They enjoyed the ride itself and they did give us the pictures they take for free, although we wouldn’t have bought them if they didn’t give them to us. The young lady working there was friendly and doing the best she could given the situation. If we went again, I would definitely call to see if they are running on schedule.

I took my 8 year old grandson and he smiled the whole time. Great experience. I would do it again anytime.
