The jet boat is not handicapped accessible but we are able to make exceptions on a case by case bases. Passengers will be required to sign a waiver.

I booked my trip, chose my time it’s the responsibility of the passenger to show in a timely manner. It’s not fair to inconvenience the other passengers. The captain and the crew never informed the passengers the passengers had to go to the booth to ask what was the delay. I asked what time were we leaving the captain said we were waiting on late passengers and that he’ll leave when he gets ready. him that’s not how that works. I asked for refund was told no refund would be given. I told the captain he was going to give me my refund. He said he wasn’t going to let me on the ride and canceled my ride. I told him to call the police if he wasn’t going to refund my money. The captain told the young lady to refund me my money back. She looked up my reservations saw that I purchased through third party tells me to contact them for refund. The police arrived I was able to explain why I was very upset with the captain rude and unprofessional behavior. The policemen listened and gave me some advice which was to dispute the charges with my credit card company and write a review. I thank them for the advice.

Our captain made the correct call not letting you on the boat. There is no room on any of our vessels for behavior like yours and our crew will not allow it. To our future customers, be cool, relax, take a deep breath You’re guest on our island, please be respectful and you will be welcomed as friends.

A definite “must do!” You can’t sit where you want even if you are first on line but there really aren’t any bad seats. Cool navigator and fun ride.

The turns were great as was our need for speed!! It was a fun day!! Saw some great dolphins and people waving from the cruise ships. !!!!!
