Our Gastronomic Georgetown Food Tour takes you to the historic yet chic charm of Georgetown, an area that predated Washington DC. You will be transported on this 3.5 hour food tour across 250+ years of history, and enjoy flavors closely connected to the Northwest DC neighborhood. Its roots are still very much alive and can be seen in the red brick town homes, and turn of the century factories that are found throughout the area. The food selection was great. It was a nice variety in this case, tacos, Korean, French and pies, and way too much food.

Our tour guide was knowledgeable, and answered questions. But she was following her script, only providing information at points of interest. In between points, she would be silent unless spoken to. And at each restaurant, we had to ask her to get a background on the restaurant.

Overall, it was a good experience. But not sure I would recommend it to others, for the price.

We took this tour with Elisa on 7/6/17 and cannot recommend it highly enough! She was fun, energetic, passionate and extremely knowledgeable about all things Georgetown and all things related to dining in the area. I was in the area to tour colleges with my daughter and we both absolutely LOVED this tour. Fantastic tour, food and company. Can't give it enough stars! :
