Ghost and Haunt Tour of Gatlinburg

Overview
Walk the back roads of Gatlinburg and learn about its haunted history and folklore on this nighttime tour. With a guide, you'll learn how you, too, can capture paranormal photos. Use ghost-hunting equipment like you see on tv to potentially communicate with ghosts along the way.
The tour is an outdoor walking tour as such there is plenty of room for social distancing and masks are optional, It is wheelchair and stroller accessible and service animals are allowed.
Unfortunately, due to the late completion time, the Trollys don’t run that late but we do offer free parking and of course, taxis and Uber, Lyft are available.
The walk is about one mile all on flat paved ground spread out over 2 hours with lots of stops so a messy relaxing walk but no places to sit or restrooms are available during the tour.
This is not a private tour groups can be as large as the upper 20’s in the busiest times but average in the high teens to low 20’s.

Went on this tour last night with my 13 yr old daughter n my fiance. We had a really enjoyable time and our tour guide brad...aka Santa was excellent. He told us alot of stories about the town n the walk was very fun. The cemetery was definitely the highlight as they give u ghost hunting apparatus to work with. I would highly recommend this tour. My fiance even caught some creppy images on his camera.

This was our first tour on Wednesday night and like another reviewer mentioned, I think at least two locations are now either a parking lot or a hotel so we had to imagine what the place was like when it was there. We enjoyed the tour but the mood is lost when we are lined up at the convention center looking at photos of someone else's experience on a tablet. Being a skeptic to begin with, the photos don't really change my mind and actually add to my skepticism. Maybe a slight adjustment to the route would be better with a few choice "spooky" areas to tell stories that will lend to the overall mood. The cemetery was creepy but my family felt uneasy walking over graves to try to get a beep out of an EMF thingy. We would have enjoyed some more info on who is there besides Lydia. Certainly someone else was laid to rest there with a story? Definitely worth a look but storytelling technique and locations could be improved.

I've never been on a ghost tour so I thought it would be fun. This tour was ok, I enjoyed some of the history stories but overall I didn't feel it was worth $20 per person. It's hard to be interested in a story about buildings that are now parking lots! There are better places to spend your money in Gatlinburg, I will not return!
