Gettysburg

Travel back to three horrific days in 1863 that transformed a small idyllic town into a mass graveyard. Our popular “History and Haunts Tour” is family friendly and includes tales of historic and ongoing spectral activity as well as the forgotten history of this “No Mans Land” between the battle lines where civilians quivered in basements while bullets whizzed through their homes for days. Nearly every building still standing on this tour still vibrates from the AFTERMATH.

Learning about the town of Gettysburg as well as the battle and the ghosts. The guide was very knowledgeable, but entertaining. He offered stories about the town and the aftermath of the battle in addition to the information about the battle itself.

We went this past Saturday and our tour group was way too big. The guide kept saying how he was not used to a group this large. Very hard to hear. Additionally, we were constantly surrounded by other groups. We ended up keeping a tally of how many times our guide complained about all the other groups and guides talking over him, we ended up around 18 times! Much more of a history lesson than a ghost tour. You will not go inside any buildings, inside you just walk around a busy street.
