If we only had two to three hours to spend on the water and wanted show our friends or family what it's like to experience the thrill of Class III Colorado whitewater rafting and the beauty of Glenwood Canyon, this would be the trip we'd take them on. And if we only had two hours because everyone had plans after the trip, well, we'd probably cancel them so we could all go rafting.

We had an awesome time on our half day Gendwood Canyon trip. I have to admit, I was pretty nervous when I saw how rough the water was knowing my kids ages of 4,5, 7, and 10. Our guide Taylor was awesome though! She was super cautious and steered us around any crazy spots that would scare the kids. We had just the right amount of floating, bumpy fun time, and water splashes without it being scary for the kids. Everyone was smiling and the kids can’t wait to go again!

My boyfriend and I found ourselves in the boat with a family of five. One of the kids was terrified of the rapids and started crying. We weren't sure what to do to help the kid out and have fun! But Anna came in clutch. Candy bars, water guns, offers to ride in the captain's chair, she pulled all the stops, all the while never missing a beat pointing out wildlife, natural features, and town facts. We had a blast!
