If we only had two to three hours to spend on the water and wanted show our friends or family what it's like to experience the thrill of Class III Colorado whitewater rafting and the beauty of Glenwood Canyon, this would be the trip we'd take them on. And if we only had two hours because everyone had plans after the trip, well, we'd probably cancel them so we could all go rafting.

Brad is a superb guide. Great rafting and I can’t believe we didn’t flip! Saw a bald eagle fly from her nest, circled around then dove and came up with nice size trout that she flew around us like she was showing off. Unbelievable adventure. Couldn’t do the Shoshone because of the water flow. Glad we didn’t because the rest of the river was wild. We will be back next year with Brad if he’ll take us.

We were encouraged to use Defiance Rafting by a family we met in Canyonlands by chance. They raved about the Defiance team and experience. We decided to give it a go and it’s been a highlight of our vacation. Can’t say enough about our guide Colin and the great experience had by my wife, 2 teen boys and myself.
