We bought the pass 1 month before the pandemic hit and shut everything down. Once we knew our plans were cancelled (2 months later), I requested a refund multiple times and was continuously denied since the cancellation policy was 30-days at the time. So, we waited 1 year and finally decided to go to Miami, knowing that Covid restrictions were in place. Boy were we wrong. The attractions I bought the pass for initially were either completely closed (still - 1 year later) or had no adherence to Covid prevention that we felt incredibly unsafe. There was 0 chance we were going to South Beach given the massive shut-downs, curfews, hoardes of people, etc. The 3 things we did end up doing in Miami (over the 2-days) had little to no adherence to masking requirements or social distancing, and no enforcement. The majority of the attractions that were open were in Orlando or several hours away - not Miami! Based on my continued requests to get reimbursed and their less than customer-service oriented customer service, I will never purchase from Go City again. I also would encourage others to proceed with great caution.

I enjoyed both and will be goinh again on my next visit. I learned so much about Miami on the Hop -on-Hop-off tour. Wynwood was the best. Only thing about Seaquarim is I didn't read the information correcty and didn't realize additonal tours and excursions had to be paid for at the park.

We bought a 3 day card & it DID save us about $60.-$75.00 ea. But the prices listed for the attractions are inflated compared to each ones' website, so the savings may not be that high. Some stops listed on the Hop-On / Hop-Off bus tour are no longer stops.(Ex: Jungle Island.) The Gray Line Bus listing for an Everglades Airboat trip stated a 4hr adventure ??? Well, we got there at 11:30am & were told to be back on the bus by 1pm...So I'm not sure we were even taken to the correct Everglades Trip or not. The worst part is Most attractions want a 24hr advance reservation at a certain time, so if something comes up, or you get delayed, it can mess with your plans for the whole day. Good Planning a MUST to get a Great Benefit.
