Go City child passes are only available for ages 3 to 12 years old. For any accompanying children under 3 yrs old please check with each individual attraction or tour whether infants are accepted and/or need to pay an entrance fee.

A lot of the museums and ferry to angle island are only available on certain days of the week. We went to the Science Museum which was good and rented bikes from blazing saddles which was also a good activity. The aquarium was so-so and the hop on hop off bus wasn’t good at all. It took forever to get anywhere on it, the “commentary” was just awful music and when it came to being picked up we ended up waiting an hour. We didn’t use our 5th activity because everything was closed. With the explorer pass you can only go on each activity once.

An easy way to see the sights. Got the two-pack--picked the Hop On Hop Off Bus and the Submarine--both were great. The bus allows you to see a lot of SFO in a day. The sub was by far one of the best of the three that I've been in (Chicago and Charleston being the other two).

Good way to save money if you know what activities you're interested in and you can just book on the day. Many GoCity activities don't let you book in advance. We saved money on activities we went on with pass. I wouldn't pay full price otherwise,as some activities definitely not worth the full price cost. We chose 3 activities although depending on number of days you're in SF you may choose more. Costco has 4 activities but you need to be US or Canadian to purchase from Costco online.
