What To Expect

Adventure Sixty North

The canvas-covered log framed structure where we pan for gold is located just across from our walking bridge, between our office and the gift shop. Depending on the salmon run, we can often spy salmon in the creek. The covered troughs allow us to stay dry while panning, which makes this the perfect activity, rain or shine!

This was an informative, fun, experience. The panning was fun and was done at table height…easy on the back. The guides were young and enthusiastic and made the experience enjoyable. Each person gets a bag of soil with gold flakes and other gem stones so you are assured of finding something!
