.Call the store directly to reserve. 1of 5 bike did not work properly. Little refund offered, but our hole trip changed.

Awful experience. One minute minor instruction, and I was a first time e-bike rider. I had an accident and was seriously injured. Very congested on sidewalk of a very busy street in San Francisco. Too many customers with only two employees. Very rushed.

Great experience abd would totally do this again. We rode across the Golden Gate bride then down the piers .
